Paul Bunyan doesn't look as formidable does he?

Have you seen the carvings at Cayuga Park in San Francisco? I just watched a Huell Howser show about it this weekend. All the work done by one man, Demitrio Braceros, who lovingly has created and maintained the park.

Also Gabriel's Garden in Eureka, CA. I saw it years ago before it was put behind a wall of glass. It's stunning.

I saw the Huell Howser program but have never been able to see it in person. Is it still there? Is Gabriel's Garden the one that used to be shown in a restaurant? Or a different environment?

I don't think Gabriel's Garden was ever in a restaurant, but then what do I know. I saw it when old town Eureka was just being reinvented. It was only a few blocks of renovated buildings and a special place had been built to house the garden which had been his front yard. I haven't been back to it in years and only saw it was now behind glass on another one of Huell's shows. It's worth seeing.
